4. Internship Programs

• No Job Guarantee: While edXL strives to provide comprehensive training and facilitates placement opportunities with its partner companies, we do not provide any job guarantee upon completion of the internship program. Placement assistance is provided, but ultimate job acquisition depends on individual performance, market conditions, and the hiring decisions of companies.
• Virtual Internship Conduct: All internships will be conducted virtually, allowing flexibility and remote participation, unless explicitly specified otherwise by edXL for a particular program or participant. Any deviation from virtual conduct will be communicated clearly in advance.
