1. Internship Program Fees

The fees paid for our internship programs cover the cost of skill training, mentoring, learning resources, and facilitation of job-role specific tasks.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

The internship fee is strictly non-refundable after 24 hours of payment. Once a candidate is enrolled and the offer letter (or equivalent confirmation of enrollment) is released, the program fee becomes non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Exceptions for Genuine Reasons

While we generally do not encourage refunds, we understand that rare, genuine circumstances may arise. Any requests for a refund outside the 24-hour window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of edXL Learning and Innovations Private Limited. Such exceptions are granted only for unforeseen and unavoidable genuine reasons, and supporting documentation may be required for review. Approvals for such exceptional refunds are extremely rare.

4. How to Request a Refund (within 24 hours)

If you wish to request a refund within 24 hours of payment, please send an email to info@edxl.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]" and include your payment details and reason for the refund. All requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
